  145.           The following have not been implemented in JRB's macro file,
  146.            or are overridden by Turbo Lightning reassignment of hot
  147.           keys. They were in original file, and may still be in file
  148.           or worth implementing (perhaps with other keys).
  149.  
  150.           ■  Alt-UpArrow - Hide children of current topic
  151.           ■  Alt-DownArrow - Show children of current topic
  152.           ■  Alt-PgUp - Jump to parent and hide children
  153.           ■  Alt-GreyMinus - Collapse everything
  154.           ■  Alt-GreyPlus - Expand everything
  155.           ■  Shift-Tab -   This allows you to "toggle" in and out of
  156.                                 PC-Outline while it is memory resident.
  157.                                 For the full convenience of the toggle,
  158.                                 you must set the "HotKey" to be Shift-Tab
  159.                                 using the KEYSET.COM program supplied
  160.                                 with PC-Outline.  WARNING:  if you are
  161.                                 not Memory Resident, Shift-Tab will still
  162.                                 be functional...which means it will Quit
  163.                                 without a prompt warning of changed data
  164.                                 in the current outlines.  So, be aware
  165.                                 that this toggle is only for use with the
  166.                                 memory resident mode of PC-Outline.  If
  167.                                 that doesn't appeal to you, Clear
  168.                                 Shift-Tab (at the Advanced menu) and save
  169.                                 the macro file again.

  172.  ■  Note on saving macro files if you use SuperKey:
  173.     ■  if you define macro keys while memory resident, then save
  174.             the macro file PCOMAC.CFG while you have an outline
  175.             loaded, the outline is sometimes appended to the macro
  176.             file, increasing it's size from 384 bytes or so to 44
  177.             kilobytes.  The solution is to only save the macro file
  178.             from non-resident PCO, or make sure you have a blank
  179.             slate (a new, empty outline).  This only happens with
  180.             SuperKey and the Memory resident PCO.
  181.  
  182.  ■  The following macros have been implemented in file named
  183.     "skmacro.cfg". This file is loaded into PC-Outline from the
  184.     advanced menu selection by selecting the first menu choice
  185.     (Config Settings), and changing the "Macro/Files Setting" to
  186.     "c:\pco\skmacro.cfg". Customize your pathspec, if necessary.
  187.     Remember to save the changed path by pressing the F10 key. I
  188.     have not been able to make the newly selected macro file
  189.     effective until I have exited PC-Outline, and reloaded it.
